The Heavy-Duty model is perfect for the owner wanting an extra-strong, open concept crate design. The sides and back are built using welded ¾ inch square aluminum bars to create the ultimate heavy-duty crate. The door is a fully welded assembly using ¾” x ¾” aluminum tubing and a solid round bar. The HD offers the most airflow of all Zinger Dog crates.

• This crate's usual aluminum side faces have been replaced with ¾ inch square aluminum bars, each of which is double welded to the frame for an extra-strong build. 
• Heavy Duty crates also feature 2 spring-loaded top handles, and a reinforced door with extra bars, welds, and bracing.  
• Zinger provides 90 Day "No escape" warranty.
• Comes with 3 rows of ventilation holes along both the top and bottom of its non-door and nonbarred sides.
• FD (Front Door) entry crates feature one door on the front side of the crate, with a standard back panel on the reverse. As with all Zinger doors, each door is completely reversible and can be opened from either the left or the right.

* The Heavy Duty 3000 size crates are designed for smaller dog breeds (Such as Australian Shepherds, Beagles, and Collies) and stand at 21" W x 24" H x 30" L

* The Heavy Duty 3500 size measures 21” wide by 28” high by 38” long and weighs approximately 38 pounds.

* The Heavy Duty 4000 size crates are designed for medium-sized dog breeds (Such as Labradors and smaller sized Retrievers) and stand at 24" W x 28" H x 36" L.

* The Heavy Duty 4500 size crates are designed for medium-large sized dog breeds (Such as German Shepherds, Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, and your Bully breeds) and stand at 24" W x 30" H x 38" L.

* The Heavy Duty 5000 size crates are designed for medium-large sized dog breeds(Such as Boxers, Mastiffs, and Huskies) and stand at 28" W x 32" H x 40" L

*The Heavy Duty 5500 size crates are designed for use with Extra-large dogs (such as Great Pyrenees, Tosas, Dogue de Bordeauxs, and Rottweilers) and stands at 26"W x 34"H x 42"L.

* The Heavy Duty 6000 size crates are designed for use with Extra large dogs (such as Mountain Dogs, Great Danes, Mastiffs, Boerboels and Saint Bernards) and stands at 28"W x 36"H x 44"L.

We recommend that when measuring you pet and choosing the appropriate size, consider adding a "Comfort" buffer between the dogs actual height and the height of your chosen crate.
